Have just got to find time to get it fitted now

Will get some before and after shots when I get around to getting it fitted and post them up

Thats what I've got - but when mine arrived it had Koni branded springs?

Turn up the shocks and you'll not rub anything!

Get the spanners out

Huw169 mine are adjustable. nothing advanced, its one and half turns from soft to hard. I run 19's with 255 tyres and ave no probs, although it is firm. Full is just right on the front, but the rears can go about 70%. Perfect.

Would love to drop the van really low ,

but as its a daily driver, sole means of transport and has to be a jack of all trades I have got to look at it from a practical point of view, so these are claimed to drop it by 45-50mm.

Supplied by Bluebird customs:-

http://www.bluebird-type2.co.uk/suspension.htm (about half way down the page)

£400 including delivery to forum members

I have studied in great detail the info that folks post up on here over the last few months and eventually decided on a full suspension package, rather than just replace the springs, as I also want to retain as much ride comfort as possible.

So with that in mind I have decided to go with 17" wheels as well, so as to allow a higher side wall tyre:-

17"x7.5J commercial rims (probably from Palm Automotive)
With either 225/55x17 or 235/55x17 load rated tyres.

Which should hopefully give a reasonable ride
And lower it just enough so you notice

Les.

excellent choice. i fitted those 4 weeks ago with no regrets at all about spending the extra money.may not look slammed but it's still plenty low enough and leaves some room for some big old tyres.

there not adjustable, don't need to be.

oh and make sure everything in the back is well strapped down in the back when you test it on your first roundabout. all my supplies and my mattresses ended up on the floor.

Sold the car yesterday so the van is now my daily driver.

Have decided I will use it all this week and change over the suspension next weekend so that I can get a more accurate measure of the improvements

Will keep everyone posted
