The Propex 2000 HeatSource. Built to the same high standards as the compact. The Heatsource is smaller in size and even more efficient,

as well as being perfect for buses this new unit, due to it's size lends it's self to to being fitted to all the range of VWs,

just think, heat at the touch of a switch. Size:-312mm long x 168mm wide x 95mm high, comes with dedicated fitting kit.

The fitting of Heatsource is virtually the same as the old compact. These heaters have been tested for use on the move and comply with current regulations.

  GAS     

Butane             (blue bottles) freezes at approx  0 degrees

Propane          (Red bottle) freezes at approx -30 degrees

 So for winter use Propane is the better gas ot use all other gas appliances will run off this gas,full details are enclosed with the heaters

Alot of people are using marine bilge blowers for this purpose,we tried this years ago and although they are cheap to buy there are  disadvantages,

1) They have been known to warp and or melt. due to the heat.

2) They are extremely noisy, to the point of being uncomfortable.
